Job summary

Met GeoEnvironmental Ltd in Leeds is seeking an experienced surveyor to step into an Assistant Survey Manager role, combining hands-on fieldwork with early leadership responsibilities. You’ll oversee topographical, measured building, monitoring, and laser scanning programs, contribute to quotations and project delivery, and mentor junior surveyors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in topographical, measured building surveying and laser scanning.
• Extensive software knowledge with Cyclone, TruView, Recap, Undet/CloudWorx, CloudCompare, 3DR, Revit, Pix4D.
• Broad technical knowledge across surveying disciplines.
• Good IT and communication skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan programmes, allocate resources and keep projects moving.
• Coach, mentor and support surveyors as they develop.
• Build relationships and become a trusted point of contact with clients and suppliers.
• Get involved in quotations, budgets, resources and project control.
• Review deliverables and help maintain high technical standards.
