Job summary

Met Geo Environmental Ltd is looking for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our Leeds team. You will plan and deliver topographical, engineering and measured building surveys, from brief through fieldwork, processing and delivery, using total stations, GNSS, laser scanners and CAD output.

You will work alongside land, measured building and utility surveyors, with regular travel and overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in 2D and 3D topographical and measured building surveying, laser scanning and related survey methods.
• Confidence processing survey data and producing high-quality CAD deliverables.
• Proficient using survey and point-cloud software including Cyclone, TruView, ReCap, Undet, CloudWorx, CloudCompare, 3DR, Revit and Pix4D.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with clear communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver topographical, engineering and measured building surveys from brief and method selection through fieldwork, processing and delivery.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D plans, elevations and sections to standards.
• Work alongside land, measured building and utility surveyors, geophysicists and GIS specialists.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
