Job summary

Allen & York is seeking a Geospatial Operations Lead / Aerial Topographic Surveyor to own and grow the surveying capability. The role blends hands-on fieldwork with project leadership and data quality oversight, under hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of surveying experience, a strong topographical background, and exposure to aerial survey techniques, photogrammetry, and LiDAR, with proficiency in CAD and survey software such as Pix4D, Agisoft,

Qualifications

• Solid background in topographical surveying (5+ years).
• Experience with aerial surveying, photogrammetry and LiDAR.

Responsibilities

• Combine hands-on survey delivery with project management and data quality review.
• Coordinate external survey partners and improve systems/workflows.
• Deliver a mix of aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR and traditional surveying and oversee TLS, SLAM and measured building surveys.
