Job summary

East Anglian Site Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Geospatial Surveyor to join our growing geospatial team around East Anglia. The role covers topographical and measured building surveys, laser scanning and CAD deliverables.

The successful candidate will work independently, manage projects from site work to final deliverables, and liaise with clients. A broad surveying background and ability to adapt to varied workloads are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong topographical and measured building survey experience.
• Experience with terrestrial laser scanners such as Leica RTC360, Trimble X7 or similar.
• Good point cloud processing experience.
• Strong CAD skills, ideally including producing drawings from your own survey and point cloud data.
• Experience with N4ce, LSS or similar survey processing software.
• Experience with control networks and precise levelling.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys
• Undertaking terrestrial laser scanning
• Processing survey and point cloud data
• Producing accurate CAD drawings and survey deliverables
• Establishing and working with survey control
• Taking responsibility for projects from site work through to final deliverables
• Working independently while liaising with clients and the wider EASE team
• There may be opportunities to get involved in precise levelling and drone/UAV surveying
