Stantec is growing its geoarchaeology capability and seeks an early-career Geoarchaeological Consultant to join a team of over 30 archaeology and heritage professionals. The role offers mentorship, varied field and desk work, and a clear development pathway toward independent practice within a leading consultancy.

You will support assessment, reporting, fieldwork and data interpretation under the Geoarchaeology Lead, building experience in deposit models, GIS, and environmental datasets on UK

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Archaeology, Geography, Geology, Earth Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support geoarchaeological consultancy across assessment, reporting, fieldwork and data interpretation.
• Prepare figures, GIS outputs, plans and tables for technical reports.
• Attend site visits and ground investigations under supervision to develop independence.
