Job summary

Arcadis Cambridge is launching its two-year Graduate GROW Programme to bridge study and professional practice. From day one you’ll contribute to meaningful client engagements and projects across environmental and planning disciplines, building technical expertise while developing business acumen through graduate training.

You’ll collaborate in teams, engage with clients, and expand your skills in soil, groundwater, and environmental assessments.

Qualifications

• You will graduate in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• You will demonstrate Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• You will have excellent communication skills to influence and consult stakeholders.
• You must be willing to travel and stay away from home; driving license valid in the UK.
• You must be willing and able to travel frequently; site work may require extended periods away from home.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site-based ground investigations to assess soil and groundwater quality.
• Inform design decisions and environmental restoration needs from field data and reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver environmental and planning projects.
• Support consultants in client liaison and delivery of specialist outcomes.
