Job summary

The Talent Division is actively recruiting an HR Advisor for a market-leading organisation. This varied generalist role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, wellbeing and people projects.

You will work with managers and employees across the business, delivering practical HR guidance, helping navigate performance, absence, disciplinaries, family leave, and supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification preferred (Level 5 ideal; Level 3 with experience acceptable).
• Experience delivering practical HR advice across employee relations, recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and commercial application.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
• Manage employee relations cases including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances.
• Support recruitment and end-to-end onboarding processes and collaborate with recruitment partners.
