Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit a General Store Manager for a high-volume store in the Home Counties.

This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring a seasoned retail leader who can drive sales, customer experience and operational standards while developing a large team and improving performance. You’ll oversee P&L, payroll and costs while delivering strong commercial results.

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit a General Store Manager for a high-volume store in the Home Counties.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

You’ll take full accountability for the store, leading a significant team and management structure while driving sales, customer experience, operational standards and people performance.

Key responsibilities

About You

We’re looking for an experienced General Store Manager, Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader with a strong background in fashion, supermarket, big-box or another high-volume, customer-led retail environment.
