Wren Kitchens Limited in Bury St Edmunds is seeking a General Showroom Manager to lead a £multi-million turnover showroom and build a high-performing team delivering outstanding customer service and sales results.

You will recruit, train and coach your team, drive performance to exceed targets while maintaining a world-class customer journey from first contact to installation, with weekends and bank holidays worked as required.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Bury St Edmunds Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
