Wren Kitchens Limited in Christchurch is seeking a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing kitchen showroom and drive sales to exceed targets. You will recruit, train and motivate a team, deliver world-class customer service and manage the opening of the new Scarborough showroom, with a competitive salary £34,900 and an uncapped commission scheme (OTE £70k+).

About The Role

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand showroom in Christchurch next year, and we are looking for a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead and drive our showroom to success!

As the General Showroom Manager, you’ll take charge of a high-performing, £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom. Your role will be key in building and nurturing an exceptional team, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,900 along with an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of £70k+!

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
