Job summary

Wren is opening a brand showroom in Christchurch and seeks a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead the team to success. You’ll drive a high-performing showroom with £multi-million turnover and ensure outstanding customer service and sales results. We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,900 with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of £70k+.

About The Role

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand showroom in Christchurch next year, and we are looking for a dynamic General Showroom Manager to lead and drive our showroom to success!

As the General Showroom Manager, you’ll take charge of a high-performing, £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom. Your role will be key in building and nurturing an exceptional team, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £34,900 along with an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of £70k+!

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.


• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.


• Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the new Scarborough showroom, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
