Wren Kitchens Limited in Barnstaple is seeking a General Showroom Manager to lead a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom. You’ll recruit, train and manage a high-performing team to deliver world-class service and outstanding sales results.

You’ll drive performance to exceed targets, cultivate customer loyalty and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. The role requires weekend availability and a passion for coaching and developing your people.

About The Role

We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Barnstaple Showroom!

As a General Showroom Manager, you’llbe responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too.

We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the driving force behind the showroom team, ensuring that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.


• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.


• Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
