I am looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to develop and lead my sales team to success.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within a fast-growing dealership. I need a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong main dealer background and a proven track record in sales management, finance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets
• Oversee F&I performance, ensuring compliance and maximising opportunities
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies
• Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure operational excellence
• Work closely with the senior management team to shape business growth

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a main dealer environment
• Strong knowledge of finance & insurance (F&I) processes
• A results-oriented approach with a passion for driving performance
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-performing team
• Ability to analyse data and implement effective sales strategies
