Job summary

KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED is seeking General Retail Assistants to join Strikes Garden Centre on a part-time, permanent basis. Roles offer flexible hours with 31.25 hours across 4 days or 24.5 hours across 3 days, with regular weekend shifts.

You will handle till operations, stock replenishment, merchandising, creating displays, assisting customers, and keeping the centre clean. Training is provided and staff benefits include discounts, Health Cash Plans, and free parking.

We are looking for Part Time Permanent Retail Assistants to join the team in our Strikes Garden Centre.

Our competitive rates of pay range is dependent on age.

Roles available are 31.25 hours per week over 4 days & 24.5 per week over 3 days. All positions include regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

The Role

As a General Retail Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases.

What you will be doing as a General Retail Assistant?

• Till operation and serving customer
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all department
• Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
• Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
• Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
• Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets
