Job summary

BHRUT is seeking a Radiologist to join the Radiology team across Queen’s Hospital and King George Hospital, with rotation to Barking CDC. You will engage in general cross-sectional imaging, with ultrasound sessions and dedicated CT reporting during core hours.

You will be part of a MDT-focused department, involved in on-call duties and governance, with opportunities for subspecialty interests in neuroradiology, head/neck, and musculoskeletal imaging.

Qualifications

• MB BS or equivalent required.
• Fellowship RC Radiologists essential.
• Full GMC registration required.
• MRCP/MRCS or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Report cross-sectional images for general radiology on MRI and CT scanners at the CDC centres, King George’s and Queen’s Hospital.
• Contribute to the general duty roster and hot reporting sessions.
• Participate in mandatory department meetings.
• Share an on-call commitment with the general radiology consultants.
• Develop and implement radiology service policy and governance.
