Operose Health in Horsham is seeking an experienced GP to join our team and deliver high quality clinical care while collaborating with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan.
You will perform consultations in person and via video, conduct triage, review results and manage medications, safeguarding, medicals and on-call duties (excluding out of hours). Indemnity and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifikationen
- An experienced doctor with GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and coding.
Aufgaben
- Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery.
- Support the surgeries operational plan with clinical leads and practice team.
- Provide clinical care including consultations (in person, video), triage, results, reviews and prescribing.
- Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
- Collaborate with Practice Manager on the surgery action plan, KPI targets and resource management.
