Job summary

Operose Health is recruiting for a GP role at The Flying Scotsman Health Centre in Doncaster. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with local leads to support the surgery plan, and drive improvements in patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has GMC registration, GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent), and a commitment to quality. Knowledge of QOF/DES/CQUINs and systems like SystmOne or EMISweb is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS Performers List.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient-focused services.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES and CQUINs; appropriate coding.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients registered at the GP surgery; work with clinical leads to support the surgeries operational plan.
• Maintain quality within the practice; participate in clinical governance; contribute to audits and QoF target achievement.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan including in-person and video consultations, triage, results, medication reviews, and prescription signing; manage safeguarding, home visits, and on-call activities.
• Adhere to GMC standards and place patient care as a priority.
• Support development, delivery and review of the surgery action plan with list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF targets, and cost management.
