The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Hewell, Redditch, Worcestershire. This is a part-time role delivering clinical sessions to male inmates aged 21+ within a fast paced healthcare environment.
You will join an established multidisciplinary team and undertake segregation rounds as well as routine GP sessions.

HMP Hewell has a fast paced healthcare environment delivering care to males aged 21+, with a range of needs including substance misuse and long term conditions. Within this role you will be joining an established multidisciplinary team and undertake segregation rounds as well as clinical sessions. Dr Alex Griffiths on working as a GP for Health in Justice Hours Mondays: 08:30 - 17:00 This is a part-time role working 8 paid hours / 2 sessions. Additional hours are available to extend the shift up to 12 hours. Salary Youll receive an annual salary up to £125,468 per annum FTE depending on experience.
