Practice Plus Group, the largest independent provider of NHS services, is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that alleviates pressures on services and staff. By integrating NHS 111 call centres, clinical assessment, and other urgent care services, we ensure patients access the right care at the right time, benefiting everyone.

This role allows you to diagnose, treat, advise, and refer patients to other healthcare resources via phone consultations. You will also use our electronic prescribing system for effective patient management.

Based in the dedicated Clinical Assessment Service supporting our NHS 111 call centre, you will work autonomously within your sphere of competency as a lead clinician. You will be part of a multi-skilled team including advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and pharmacy advisors.
