About The Role

Join our Out Of Hours service team and enjoy the flexibility and challenge of working in a dynamic environment. As part of the largest independent provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is innovating in Integrated Urgent Care, reducing pressures on healthcare services and staff. We combine urgent care, clinical assessment, primary care services, NHS 111 call centres, and other urgent care resources to ensure patients access the right care at the right time.

This role offers a great opportunity to utilize and develop your skills as a General Practitioner, providing diagnosis, treatment, advice, and referrals via primary care centres and home visits. You will also manage patient care using our electronic prescribing system.

Based in various Out Of Hours (OOH) services, you will work autonomously within your scope of practice as a lead clinician in a multidisciplinary team that includes advanced nurse practitioners, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health and dental nurses, prescribing pharmacists, and pharmacy advisors.

We offer this role as either bank or self-employed.
