Woodchurch Surgery, a rural dispensing practice serving over 6000 patients, is seeking a General Practice Nurse to join the nursing team. The role focuses on treatment room procedures, adult and child immunisations, wound care and support for minor surgery, within a multi-disciplinary team.

Competenze

• Ability to undertake immunisations, wound care and minor procedures.

• Teach and supervise students, maintaining practice assessor/supervisor competency.
• Work with admin, dispensary and the MDT, and with other surgeries and secondary care.

Nice to have

• Cervical screening
• Respiratory diploma in asthma and/or COPD, or willingness to work towards it
• ARTP accreditation, or willingness to work towards it
• Ear Care, or willingness to complete the 2-day course
