Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated porter to join our busy portering team at our hospital in Surrey. You will play a vital role in moving patients, medical equipment, and notes across the site, helping maintain smooth clinical workflows.

We value caring, customer-focused individuals who are the face of the service. We operate 24 hours a day with rotating shifts, and offer training to develop you across areas beyond portering.

Job description

As a porter you will be responsible for moving patients, medical equipment, medical notes and many other things around our hospital., We are looking for caring and customer focused individuals to be the face of our busy and dynamic portering team.

If you are looking to give our patients the best possible care and work as an effective member of our hospital we will provide you training in all other areas. We work with our staff to ensure that they are the best that they can be!

We operate 24 hours a day and have a rang of shifts and rotating shift patterns available.

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of medical services to approximately 490,000 people living across southwest London and northeast Surrey. In addition, we provide more specialist services, in particular renal and neonatal intensive care, to a wider area, covering parts of Sussex and Hampshire.
