Job description

General Operative – MBT Facility (CMD-13445) Westbury, England

Salary: GBP12.98 - GBP14.28 per hour

General Operative – MBT Facility

Location: Westbury

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (plus every second Saturday morning if required)

Normal hours are based on a 40-hour week, from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 8.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings.

Shift one

Monday - Friday 06:00 to 14:30 plus 06:00 to 12:00 Saturday – £12.98 p/h

Shift two

Monday - Friday 13:30 to 22:00 - £14.28 p/h (10% shift allowance)

About the Role:

We have been requested to support our client to recruit a number of reliable and hardworking General Recycling Operatives to join their MBT Facility team. The successful candidates will help keep the site clean, tidy, and safe, operate plant machinery (once trained and authorised), and assist in the smooth running of the facility. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.
