CMD Recruitment Limited is assisting with recruitment for a General Operative – MBT Facility in Westbury. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with 8.5-hour shifts and every second Saturday morning if required.

The site focuses on safety and efficient plant operation, with training provided for machinery use. Successful candidates will support site cleanliness, participate in routine maintenance, and help run the MBT Facility smoothly in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste, recycling, manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to operate machinery safely (training provided).
• Commitment to health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across the site.
• Carry out first-line maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment.
• Support colleagues by covering other operational roles when needed.
• Complete site records accurately.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
