Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a General Operator to join our Swindon site, performing manual packing in a regulated pharma cleanroom. The role is full-time, 6 months, nights 23:00–07:00, with a 37.5 hour week.

You will follow SOPs, gowning, cleaning, material handling, and complete documentation with Data Integrity and cGMP principles; previous experience in regulated production is preferred.

Qualifications

• GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a regulated production environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GMP, GDP and Data Integrity standards.
• Strong attention to detail and concentration over extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual packing of product-filled vials in accordance with SOPs.
• Carry out correct cleanroom gowning, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Assist with material handling, stock checks, labelling, packaging and in-process weight checks.
• Complete all operational documentation following Data Integrity and cGMP principles.
• Report any non-conformance immediately to Area Leaders or Quality Assurance.

Pay Rate: £13.86/hr + 33% Night Shift Allowance (Total Effective Rate: ~£18.43/hr)

Working Pattern: Full-Time | Mon - Fri | Night Shift (23:00 - 07:00) | 37.5 hrs per week

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Temporary / Replacement)

About the Role

Requirements

• GCSE-level Mathematics and English (or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of GMP, GDP, and Data Integrity standards.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration over extended periods.
