BJF Group is a leading multidiscipline Main Contractor delivering construction projects across the UK. The Southeast Core team requires a Handyman to perform routine flushing of infrequently used water outlets and ensure compliance with Legionella management plans and HSE guidelines.
You will follow site procedures, record activities and temperatures, report defects, and support broader water hygiene and preventative maintenance tasks across client sites in the UK.

Within our Facilities Management division, the Southeast Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites - as a Handyman To carry out routine flushing of infrequently used outlets and water systems in accordance with the organisation's Legionella management plan, ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Executive's Approved Code of Practice L8 and HSG274 guidance.
