BJF Group in Sandhurst, UK is seeking a hands-on Handyman to support our Facilities Management division. The role focuses on scheduled flushing of water outlets, adherence to Legionella procedures, and accurate 기록 keeping using CAFM or electronic logs.
We require an L8 End User Qualification and a basic trade qualification in building services, plus experience with planned preventative maintenance. This permanent role offers a full-time schedule and benefits.

Within our Facilities Management division, the Southeast Core team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of reactive and preventative works across a diverse range of properties and systems within our client's sites - as a Handyman To carry out routine flushing of infrequently used outlets and water systems in accordance with the organisation's Legionella management plan, ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Executive's Approved Code of Practice L8 and HSG274 guidance.
