Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in Inverness is seeking a General Manager to lead our busy restaurant and uphold the brand’s high standards. You will inspire and coach a diverse team, monitor operations, and ensure guest experiences are exceptional from service to food quality.

You’ll own financial performance, including cost controls, labour scheduling, and stock management, while delivering growth and a positive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-volume restaurant teams.
• Strong track record of achieving KPIs and cost controls.
• Able to manage labour, stock, and budgeting.
• Excellent guest service and brand standards.
