Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead and energise a busy restaurant in the UK. You will manage the management and kitchen teams, uphold our brand standards, and focus on guest excellence with high-energy leadership.

You’ll lead by example to ensure every guest has a feel-good experience. This role requires strong leadership, experience in high-volume hospitality, and the ability to deliver growth while managing costs and KPIs.
