Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in Cambridge is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant and teams from day one, delivering exceptional hospitality and performance. You will drive standards, guest experiences, and daily operations with a clear focus on growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in high-volume settings, a passion for food quality, and the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team across busy shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading diverse teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and meet KPIs.
• Experience managing costs, stock, and labour budgets.
• Able to lead from the front during busy evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Aptitude for maintaining high brand standards and guest experience.
