Job summary

Mission Mars is opening a General Manager role in St Albans. You will have full accountability for the performance, people, and culture of your Pizzeria, operating with genuine autonomy and backed by a business that invests in its leaders.

Key duties include ownership of P&L, building a high-performing team, driving guest experience, upholding food safety and standards, recruiting and developing talent, and collaborating with senior leadership to guide site performance.

Location: St Albans - NEW OPENING

Salary: £40,000 | Tips & Tronc Monthly | Up to 32% Bonus Per Annum paid Quarterly

Contract: Full time

• Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L, budgets, forecasting, and driving a bottom line
