Job summary

Rudy's Pizza in Glasgow is seeking a General Manager to take full P&L ownership, lead a high-performing hospitality team, and elevate guest experience with genuine autonomy.

You will manage revenue, labour, GP and costs, recruit and develop talent, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive site performance.

This full-time role offers a £40,000 base salary, tips and tronc paid monthly, and up to 32% bonus per year, paid quarterly.

Your Day-to-Day

• Full P&L ownership - revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs
• Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure
• Driving a guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level
