Job summary

This is a significant leadership appointment with a genuine progression path toward Managing Director; you’ll influence commercial outcomes and build a scalable, accountable organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment or staffing businesses.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Track record of growing revenue and client relationships.
• Ability to coach managers and recruiters to higher performance.
• Understanding of contractor recruitment and IR35 is useful.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial performance and implement stronger sales habits.
• Develop and coach people to become more productive and confident.
• Grow client relationships and win new accounts.
• Own recruitment performance and ensure targets are met.
• Influence processes, systems and ways of working for better outcomes.
