The Opportunity

We are launching an exciting new Japanesefood-led pub concept in Hackney that brings together the warmth and familiarity of a classic English pub with the energy, flavours and hospitality of Japanese food and drink.

This is a confidential pre-opening project and a rare chance to join at the very beginning shaping the culture, standards and success of a genuinely original independent venue. The site has strong local heritage, a built-in neighbourhood audience and a clear point of difference within Londons pub scene.

We are looking for a General Manager who wants more than just another job someone excited by the challenge of opening a venue, building a team and creating a destination from day one.

The Role

As General Manager, you will lead the business through pre-opening, launch and ongoing operations , working closely with the founders and chef. Youll have real ownership, autonomy and input into how the venue runs, feels and grows.
