Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager in Lingfield to lead our premium lakeside pub with rooms. You will oversee a fabulous team, drive guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards across all hospitality operations.

The role offers up to £60K salary, a profit share scheme, bonus eligibility, comprehensive health and pension benefits, and structured development with mentoring within our family-owned business.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Comfortable with the extra challenges of a destination location with guest rooms
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
