The Role: As a General Manager at Ole & Steen you will be responsible for running one of our stores. You will be an experienced hospitality professional who can lead a team, role-model positive behaviours and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests with genuine warmth, act as a role model for the team, reflect a positive attitude and high standards, and help foster an atmosphere where handmade quality meets approachable luxury. You are friendly and welcoming with the ability to make guests feel at home in your store. You will lead from the front and inspire your teams to maintain a high level of experience. You will have a passion for great customer service, for people, coffee, food and hospitality, and be excited to join us on our mission to be the World's most loved bakery.
