Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a neighbourhood venue, keeping the energy high during brunch and dinner service. You’ll manage the team, set the vibe, and ensure smooth operations while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 per year, with additional uncapped troncs based on site performance. If you’re bold, commercially sharp, and ready to lead, join our growing group.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant: leading from the front, owning the vibe, and driving the numbers like a pro. You’ll know how to maximise sales without losing the magic, keep labour and stock tighter than a perfectly rolled flatbread, and make smart commercial calls when it matters most. Salary package of £ 40,000-£50,000 per year*, DOE (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance.
