Job summary

Megan's Restaurants is seeking a Sous Chef in Greater London who thrives in a buzzing kitchen and leads by example, elevating standards and keeping the team motivated. You’ll bring energy to a premium, fresh-food kitchen, with opportunities to move into leadership roles as we grow across neighbourhood locations.

We offer a salary package up to £41,000 with uncapped tronc potential, and a track record of earnings around £45,000 depending on site performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or gastro pub.
• Experience leading teams in a high-pace kitchen.
• Familiar with fresh-food kitchen environments and standards.

Are you a Sous Chef who lives and breathes fresh ingredients and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when the kitchen’s buzzing? You’ll be the kind of leader who lifts the team up, keeps standards sky-high, and still finds the joy in it all when the ticket machine won’t stop.

If you’ve cut your teeth in a premium branded fresh-food kitchen, whether that’s as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or a lively gastro pub, brilliant. But if your path’s been a bit different and you’ve still got the skills, the hunger, and the spark.

Salary package of up to £ 41,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £ 45,000 based on current site performance.
