Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager who brings warmth and leadership to our neighbourhood team. You’ll keep the vibe flowing, the team smiling, and drive guest satisfaction in a premium, full-service setting.

Salary package up to £37,000 per year plus uncapped tronc, with on-track earnings around £40,000. We offer 28 days holiday, pension contributions, team socials, 50% dining, and access to Hospitality Action for support.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings the sparkle! Someone who lives for warm, genuine hospitality and knows how to create those little “wow” moments our guests come back for again and again. You’ll be the person who keeps the vibe flowing, the team smiling, and the sales coming in (yes, you can love both people and sales, promise).

Pay

Salary package of up to £ 37,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £40,000 based on current site performance.
