Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in a similar care environment.
• Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• IT competence and comfortable with digital systems.
• Adaptable and flexible, ready to step in as needed.
