Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.
• Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT.
• Adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Recruit, retain and develop staff within the Home.
• Act as a focal point for residents, relatives and health and social care professionals.
• Ensure safe staffing levels are maintained in line with occupancy and dependency.
• Provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
