You will champion best practices, recruit and develop staff, and act as the main contact for residents, families and professionals, shaping a safe, supportive, and home‑like environment.

Qualifications

• At least four years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• IT competency and comfort with digital systems.
• Adaptable, flexible and willing to step in where needed.

Responsibilities
