Zusammenfassung

The Twenty Two Group is seeking a General Manager to lead Cafe 22, our new luxury venue in London. You will shape the guest experience from day one, recruit and develop a top team, and set the standard for service excellence within a discreet, elevated hospitality context.

You will own the P&L, drive profitability, and collaborate with Culinary, Marketing and Finance teams to shape menus, promotions and guest journeys while upholding sustainability and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar in a high-end, service-led environment.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, costs and profitability.
• Experience of opening or launching a venue is a real advantage.

Aufgaben

• Be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and colleagues to ensure effortless and personal visits.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and teams from recruitment to performance conversations.
• Own the Cafe 22 P&L, manage costs, labour and margins while growing revenue and average spend.
• Shape menus, promotions and guest experiences with cross-functional teams and contribute to longer-term strategy.
