Job summary

The Twenty Two London Hotel seeks a General Manager to lead Cafe 22, shaping its first chapter with a focus on discreet, elevated hospitality. You will guide front-of-house leadership, develop managers and teams, and drive the financial and guest experience performance of the venue.

You will collaborate with Culinary, Marketing and Finance teams to shape menus, promotions and guest experiences while upholding health, safety and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a high-end, service-led environment.
• Experience in leading and developing managers and teams.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets, costs and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction and daily operation of Cafe 22 and oversee restaurant managers.
• Recruit, onboard and conduct regular performance conversations; foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Own Cafe 22 P&L, manage costs, labour, margins and grow revenue while maintaining service standards.
• Shape menus, promotions and guest experiences in collaboration with Culinary, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and food hygiene compliance and support sustainability initiatives.
