Job summary

Collins King & Associates is seeking a commercially driven General Manager for a central London livery hall. You will own the P&L and drive revenue growth while maintaining impeccable service in a heritage setting, overseeing executive dining, banqueting and events.

The role is Monday to Friday with autonomy to shape the venue’s future. You will lead a high-performing team, build crucial stakeholder relationships in the City, and ensure the venue remains the first choice for prestigious City

• Proven GM or Senior Operator in high-end, high-volume catering or prestigious event venues.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of turning challenges into revenue.
• Excellent stakeholder management in a heritage/complex environment.
