Cain Partners is helping a growing hospitality group recruit a General Manager for London venues. The GM will own the venue’s performance, drive sales and lead teams across premium pubs, bars and large-format sites.
You will be responsible for profitability, guest experience and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the business across a varied portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
We’re working exclusively with a growing and expanding hospitality group with an exciting collection of pubs, bars and large-format venues across London.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking to connect with exceptional General Managers who are ready to take ownership of ambitious venues and play a key role in their continued success.

No two venues are the same — and that’s exactly the point.
Depending on your experience and strengths, opportunities range from:
Characterful, community-led venues with strong local followings, premium food and drink propositions, outdoor spaces and significant opportunities around events and private hire.
More polished, hospitality-focused venues where food, service, bookings and customer experience are central to the operation, alongside a strong drinks business.
Fast-paced, wet-led venues driven by after-work trade, high footfall, events and late-night business. These require commercially hungry GMs with a genuine sales mentality.
High-energy, high-volume operations combining food, drinks, live sport, DJs, games, events and group bookings. These are substantial businesses requiring strong leadership, commercial control and experience managing large teams.
As General Manager, you’ll have genuine ownership of your venue and be responsible for:

We’re looking for people who are visible, energetic and commercially sharp — operators who understand that being a great GM is about much more than simply keeping the operation running.
You’ll be someone who can lead from the front, develop people, drive sales and take genuine ownership of the business.
Alongside the opportunity to join a growing hospitality business, you’ll have the chance to work within a diverse portfolio of exciting London venues, with genuine scope for progression as the group continues to expand.
If you're an ambitious GM looking for a business where you can make your mark, grow a venue and progress with the group, we’d love to hear from you.
