Job summary

SSP is seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead Starbucks & Cafe Local teams across our venues in the UK. You will drive exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and sales growth through people development and strong leadership.

You will recruit, train, and coach colleagues, build strong relationships with partners, ensure safety and legal compliance, and deliver Change Plans with a focus on customer experience and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the best people for your teams, ensuring capability to deliver above and beyond in their role by developing their operational and leadership skills.
• Coach your teams to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building brand and providing customers with the right range, quality and service.
• Lead teams in driving trade activity and use expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Lead and build teams' knowledge to deliver and sustain Change Plans and ensure hours are worked when most beneficial to customers.
• Ensure units are aligned with guidance from internal systems.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
• Prioritise safety by coaching teams to operate legally and use security tools to create a safe workplace.
