Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead from the floor, build brilliant teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc. You will own standards, culture, labour and profitability, with a proven track record in premium pubs or high-volume fresh-food hospitality.

We seek leaders who can develop people, drive performance and be highly visible with guests and teams, ensuring every site remains the best in its class.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience as a General Manager in premium pubs, restaurants or multi-site hospitality.
• Proven track record of running a high-volume fresh-food operation.
• Strong commercial understanding including P&L, labour, sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Ability to lead from the front and be highly visible with guests and your team.
• Passion for developing people and building strong management teams.
• High standards and an eye for details that create an exceptional guest experience.
• Confidence managing all aspects of a hospitality business, including rooms and reception where applicable.
• Genuine desire to take ownership, drive performance and make the site the very best.
