Job summary

Greene King operates Pub & Carvery venues that offer a welcoming atmosphere with a mix of carvery and pub classics. As General Manager, you’ll lead by example, develop your team, and ensure customers have a great time from the moment they walk in. You’ll drive sales, uphold brand standards, and create a safe, inclusive environment for guests and staff.

You’ll need strong English, leadership, and P&L skills, and ideally have or be able to obtain a personal license to manage the venue effectively.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in daily pub operations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with customers and teams.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring the brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop your team to delight customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety.
• Be able to acquire or already have a personal license.
