Job summary

Greene King is seeking a General Manager to build a proud pub business, lead by example, and develop your team while creating a warm welcome for customers. You’ll grow pub sales, recruit and coach staff, maintain brand standards and safety, and, if needed, obtain a personal license.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub operation and growing sales.
• Ability to recruit and develop staff to deliver great customer experiences.
• Knowledge of brand standards and safety at all times.
• Sufficient spoken and written English for role and allergen controls.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold a personal alcohol license.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety.
• Be prepared to obtain a personal license if required.
